What is included in a moving-with-storage quote?
The written quote should identify the collection trip, storage period, return trip and any packing, dismantling, access, irregular-item, retrieval, environment or insurance work that applies.
Does the S$100 storage reference include collection and return?
No. Collection into storage and final return delivery are two separately charged transport trips.
How is a period longer than one month billed?
The minimum period is one month. Time beyond the first month can be flexibly prorated according to the written quotation and notice requirements.
What if I need one item before final delivery?
Give at least one week’s notice. Handling, retrieval and transport charges apply, and customers do not enter the warehouse themselves.
Why do recorded case prices differ?
Each completed job has its own inventory, addresses, access conditions, storage period and handling scope. The cases show how a quotation was assembled; they are not universal prices.
Are irregular items covered by the trolley rate?
No. Irregular size, weight, fragility, handling or environment requirements are assessed separately.
