Moving Promotions in Singapore

These terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers provided by Move Move Movers for our moving services. By participating in any promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

• Eligibility: Promotions are open to all new and existing customers unless otherwise specified.
• Application: Discounts apply strictly to the moving service fee only, and exclude all other charges, including but not limited to storage, disposal, packing materials, rescheduling, and cancellation fees.
• Validity: Promotional offers are valid for a limited period as specified in the respective promotional materials. Move Move Movers reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Redemption: Promotions must be redeemed at the time of booking. Offers cannot be applied retroactively to existing or past bookings.
• Combination: Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion or discount can be applied per booking. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or special offers.
• Non-Transferable: Promotions have no cash value and are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to other customers or bookings.
• Service Availability: All promotional offers are subject to availability of services and booking slots.
• Geographic Limitations: Some promotions may be limited to specific geographic areas. Refer to individual promotion details for any restrictions.
• Changes & Cancellations: All standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Promotions may be forfeited in the event of booking changes.
• Final Decision: Move Move Movers reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to these promotions.

2. Specific Promotional Terms

Welcome Offer – 5% off

Enjoy 5% off the total moving service fee. No minimum spend required. Valid strictly for first-time customers making their first booking with Move Move Movers.

BTO Special – 5% off

Enjoy 5% off your moving service. Applicable only to moves into a newly completed Build-To-Order (BTO) flat within 6 months of the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) date. A minimum spend of $100 on the moving service applies.

Early Bird Offer – 5% off

Enjoy 5% off when you book your move at least 2 months in advance. Booking must be confirmed after a deposit is paid to secure the booking slot.

Applies only to full house moves requiring at least one full 14ft lorry load for bookings valued at $380 and above. The early bird discount will be forfeited if the customer reschedules the move without providing at least 2 months’ notice. Any rescheduling that does not meet the advance notice requirement will void the discount.

Referral Program – $10 Discount Each

Refer a friend to Move Move Movers and both of you will enjoy a $10 discount on your respective moves. The referred friend must be a first-time customer, and the discount will be applied only after the referred friend’s move has been successfully completed.

Referrer’s $10 discount can be used for their next booking. Referral must be declared at the point of booking, and cannot be added retroactively.
