In Singapore, there are many freelancer movers who offer cheap quotations to secure bookings first on their calendar, then cancel the customers on the day whenever they got more profitable bookings later on. Also, customers always worry there is a sudden increase in the final charge. They are forced to accept and pay the unreasonable top-up on their house moving day.

Our mover team recruits young and polite talents and has adequate training on the safe handling of different types of furniture, project management as well as customer service. Movers average age is only 32 years old as we understand mover is a tough industry that requires strength and a good attitude to serve. Although the team is very young on average, they are very experienced in the industry for a few years already and they have very professional skills and knowledge about furniture, special equipment like gym sets, hospital beds, pianos, and fish tanks. On top of that, we also have experienced supervisors for big projects and relocations on-site to supervise safety operations and update time to clients. Safe operation is our top priority.
Our vehicles are absolutely the best among all Singapore movers companies. All of our 14ft lorries and 10ft lorries are fitted with a 2m box and power tailgate. The 2m box is specialized designed for tall furniture and household items like fridge and wardrobe so that they can be moved in an upright position without lying down which may damage the functionality of fridge.
The power tailgate although causes huge investment, it helps to protect customers’ valuable items by lifting up heavy items like piano and side by side fridge instead of using manpower to manually move it inside the truck which very easily causes scratches here and there. Also, the equipment of the tailgate also enables us to provide a more efficient service to the customers. With a power tailgate, a 14ft full load only takes 2 to 3 hours for the whole moving compared to moving with a manual move which takes around 5 to 6 hours. With a 2m box, the carrying capacity also maximizes for our customers compared to canopy trucks or trucks with only 170cm height box (normal case). Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
