This office project combined furniture disposal with an internal move. Items on Level 5 had different destinations: some were going to storage on Level 1, some to Levels 3 and 4, and others were to be disposed of.

With no service lift available, the staircase and corridor routes shaped the handling plan. Large items, including L-shaped tables, were dismantled where necessary for access.

A separate part of the scope involved 87 low partitions. These were dismantled on site and placed in the same-floor corridor as instructed, rather than carried straight down to the disposal bins.

For the disposal portion, two bins were rotated as loads were filled. If your office is keeping some furniture and clearing the rest, send both lists and the floor-access details.
