Do I need to book the lift?
Ask your management office about the moving slot, application form, deposit and lift reservation. Arrangements vary by property. Keep the approved details ready for your moving team.
Which moving vehicle can enter my condo?
Share the approved entrance and its posted height, width and weight limits. The route, turning space and loading point matter as well as the vehicle’s dimensions. Check the specific entrance before dispatch.
What if my furniture will not fit in the lift?
Send the item dimensions and photos of the lift door, cabin, corridor and any steps. Discuss dismantling or alternative handling before the moving date.
Can I use this guide for both ends of my move?
Yes. Add a pickup and delivery property to Your move, review the details and continue to the Move Move quote form. You can also enter an address manually if your property is not listed.
